OUR POLICIES AND TERMS
We have listed the most commonly ordered quantities.
Additional discounts may be available if larger quantities or full cases are
ordered.
Minimum orders:
Dowel Rods are $15.00
Our Shipping Charges:
Woodworking and Craft Supplies
Any item (other than stationary tools, hand or power tools or items marked with there own shipping fees.)
from our Woodworking and Craft Supplies paper or on line
catalog will be FREE shipping in the Continental
United States if the total order is over $100.01.
If the order is $0.01 to $50.00 it is $8.00
If the order is $50.01 to $75.00 it is $8.50
If the order is $75.01 to $100.00 it is $9.50
Over $100.01 is FREE SHIPPING
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico and
foreign countries will be charged actual shipping charges.
There is and additional $5.00 oversize shipping fee on the
72 inch shelf standards and the 72 inch continuous hinges.
From time to time we run Special Sales and Inventory Reduction Sales.
The shipping prices on these Sale Items and Inventory Reduction items
will be noted with the sale item or items.
Payments Accepted:
We accept Checks, Money Orders, MasterCard, Visa,
Discover Card and American Express.
Orders paid by check could be held 2-3 weeks for bank clearance.
Payable by Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express or
U.S. Money order only.
COD:
COD orders will be charged $9.50
We can ship cashiers check or money orders for first time orders.
We accept company checks after the first time.
Return policy:
We strive to keep you the customer 100% satisfied.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or
service please let us know. If a return is necessary, simply return
your merchandise within 10 days in its original condition. We will
issue a credit or replace the item immediately.
If returning items for any reason except an error on our part or
damaged merchandise a 5% restocking fee will be charged.
No returns or exchanges are allowed past 10 days
